Pit the dates and cut them into pieces. Peel the bananas and slice them into rounds. In a food processor, combine the ingredients for the base: coconut flakes, dates, a pinch of vanilla powder, and a pinch of salt, then blend everything together. Spread the prepared mixture into a cake mold, distribute it evenly, and press it down. Arrange the banana slices on top and store the base in the refrigerator.

Prepare the banana cream. Blend the bananas, coconut milk, dates, and spices in a food processor at the highest speed until smooth and homogeneous. Add the coconut oil and mix until the cream forms. Pour the cream into the cake mold over the coconut base and banana slices. Place everything in the freezer for about an hour to allow the cream to set.
