Ingredients
-
12 pieces Figs, fresh
-
5 pieces Dough, wonton
-
40 g Butter, unsalted
-
1 bag Pudding, vanilla
-
0.5 l Milk, partially skimmed
-
3 spoons Sugar, white
-
1 cup Yogurt, plain, from whole milk
-
1 cup Cheese, creamy
Steps
-
Thoroughly wash the figs and slice them with a sharp knife. In a bowl, mix four tablespoons of cold milk with three tablespoons of sugar. Add the pudding powder and mix until a smooth mixture forms. Be careful not to form lumps while mixing.
-
Place a saucepan on the stove and pour in the remaining milk. When the milk boils, reduce the heat and slowly whisk in the pudding mixture. Cook for another 3 minutes while constantly stirring until the pudding thickens. Once the pudding is ready, remove the saucepan from the heat.
-
In a large bowl, mix and beat with a hand mixer until smooth the mascarpone, vanilla pudding, and yogurt. Cover the prepared mixture and refrigerate for half an hour.
-
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Grease a baking dish with sides measuring 25 x 16 cm. Place a smaller saucepan on the stove and melt the remaining butter over moderate heat. Brush each sheet of pastry with the melted butter and place it in the baking dish.
-
Pour the prepared cream over the pastry and arrange the figs on top of the cream. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake the pie for about 30 minutes until the cream sets and turns golden. Once the pie is baked, let it cool completely. Slice the cooled pie, serve on plates, and enjoy.
