Steps

Wash the vegetables. Cut the tomatoes in half and remove the green parts. Dice them. Cut the bell pepper in half, remove the stems and seeds, and dice it into small cubes. Peel the onion and garlic, wash them, and finely chop. Cut the jalapeño pepper in half, remove the seeds, and chop. Wash the cilantro, shake it dry, and chop the leaves.

Cut the limes in half and squeeze out the juice. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh with a spoon, and dice it. Place the diced avocado in a large bowl and immediately drizzle with lime juice to prevent oxidation.

Add all the remaining ingredients to the bowl with the avocado and mix everything well. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for at least one hour to chill thoroughly. Serve the fresh salsa pico de gallo with tacos or fajitas.
