Ingredients

8 pieces Tomato, red

1 piece Garlic, fresh

8 pieces Radish

1 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell

2 spoons Oil, vegetable oil, canola
Steps

Cut the lemon in half and squeeze it well. Thoroughly wash the tomatoes, remove the stems and green parts, and cut them into wedges. Wash the radishes, clean them, and slice them into rounds. Also, wash the garlic and cut it into strips.

Toss all the ingredients into a large bowl and season the salad with salt to taste. Add oil and lemon juice and mix everything well. Place it in the refrigerator for half an hour and then serve it to your guests.
