In a food processor, add almond flakes and coconut, and finely grind both ingredients. Add chopped dates and one tablespoon of cold water. Mix everything well again to form a uniform mixture. Transfer the mixture to a round pie dish (22 or 23 cm in diameter). Press it firmly against the bottom of the dish using the back of a spoon, then use your fingers to pull it up to the edges and create a nice rim. Once the cake base is prepared, place the dish in the refrigerator for a while to allow the base to set.

Next, prepare the avocado chocolate cream. First, cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon and place it in the food processor. Add vanilla extract, cocoa powder, agave syrup, and lemon juice. Mix everything until you get a smooth cream.

Clean the strawberries and slice them. Peel the bananas and cut them into thin rounds. Take the dish with the chilled cake base out of the refrigerator and spread half of the avocado cream over the base. Arrange the banana slices over the cream and cover them with the remaining cream. Spread the sliced strawberries over the cream. Place the cake in the refrigerator for one hour to cool and set properly.
