Ingredients
Fried apples
-
1 kg Apples, rose
-
pieces Juice, lemon
-
110 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose
-
1 pinch Salt, table
-
1 teaspoon Baking powder
-
50 g Powdered sugar
-
1 pinch Spices, nutmeg, ground
-
1 teaspoon Spices, cinnamon, ground
-
150 ml Juice, apple
-
2 spoons Butter, unsalted
-
1 piece Egg, fresh
-
pieces Oil, vegetable oil, canola
Skutina krema
-
250 g Cheese, cottage cheese
-
150 ml Sweet cream
-
25 g Sugar, white
-
120 g Raspberries
Steps
-
In a bowl, sift the flour mixed with baking soda, powdered sugar, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Add apple cider, melted butter, and a whisked egg, then mix well until you get a completely smooth, thick batter. Let it rest for a few minutes to allow the ingredients to bind.
-
Peel the apples and remove the cores, then slice them into 1 cm thick rings. Drizzle with lemon juice to prevent them from browning.
-
Dip the apple rings into the batter and fry them on both sides until golden brown in heated oil. Place the fried rings on a plate lined with paper towels.
-
Mix the strained curd with sugar, whipped cream, and forest fruits. Serve it in a small bowl as a side to the fried apples.

Advice
Instead of forest fruits, you can also use raisins or cranberries. Apple cider can be replaced with mineral water if needed.
