Ingredients

10 pieces Artichoke

1 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell

5 spoon Breadcrumbs, dried

Thoroughly wash the artichokes in lukewarm water and drain them. First, remove the outer woody leaves, then use scissors or a sharp knife to cut off the thorny leaves on the top third. Remove all woody parts, leaving only the hearts or inner parts. Peeled heads are cut into quarters. Cut the lemons in half and squeeze out the juice.

Beat the eggs in a bowl and whisk them. Prepare breadcrumbs in a separate bowl. Dip each artichoke heart first in the egg mixture, then roll it in the breadcrumbs.

Place a pan on the stove, heat oil in it, and fry the artichokes for about 8 minutes, turning them constantly. Place the fried artichokes on paper towels to drain well.

Serve the artichokes on plates, drizzle them with lemon juice, and offer them to your guests.
