Ingredients

100 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose

50 g Koruzni škrob

3 g Yeast, dry

1 pinch Sugar, white

1 pinch Salt, table

130 ml Water

2 piece Banana, fresh

2 spoons Juice, lemon

2 spoons Honey

Steps

In a large bowl, sift the flour and add starch, yeast, a pinch of salt, and sugar. Mix everything well, pour in lukewarm water, and knead into a smooth dough. Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.

Squeeze half a lemon into a small bowl. Peel the bananas and cut each into four pieces. To prevent browning, immediately pour the lemon juice over them. Place a pan on the stove and heat the frying oil. Coat the bananas in the prepared dough and fry them in the oil until they are golden brown on both sides.

Drain the fried bananas on paper towels and drizzle with honey. Serve on plates and enjoy.

Advice
You can serve it with vanilla ice cream. Lemon juice prevents the fruit from browning. Fry in a large amount of fat. The food should float in it. For frying, use fats that do not contain water, such as coconut oil or good quality oil. The frying fat is hot enough when small bubbles form around a wooden spoon handle.
