180 g Koruzni škrob

0.5 teaspoons Baking powder

2 piece Egg, egg white, fresh

600 g Meat, chicken, breasts

0.75 teaspoons Salt, table

4 spoon Flour, Whole wheat

1 handful Sesame seeds, dried

120 g Honey

1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, egg whites, and salt to form a medium-thick pancake batter. If the mixture is too thick, thin it with a spoonful of water. Sprinkle sesame seeds on one shallow plate and flour on another.

Thoroughly wash the meat, dry it with paper towels, and cut it into medium-sized pieces. Season the meat pieces with salt to taste and coat them in flour. Then dip the pieces into the batter and finally roll them in sesame seeds.

Place a deep pan on the stove and heat the oil well (see tips). Fry the meat pieces in the hot oil. Drain the fried pieces well and remove excess oil by placing them on paper towels.

Wash and clean the spring onion, including the green part, and slice it into thin rings. Place a small pot on the stove and heat the honey, then add Tabasco sauce to it.

Serve the fried chicken pieces on plates or a platter, drizzle with the honey glaze, and sprinkle with the onion rings. Serve with your choice of side dish.

Advice
Fry in a large amount of fat. The food should float in it. Use fats that do not contain water, such as coconut oil or good quality oil. The frying fat is hot enough when small bubbles form around a wooden spoon handle.
