Fried Fish Fingers
They say that noble fish, such as sea bream, should not be fried because its very tasty meat comes out better when prepared as naturally as possible. However, since changes are always welcome, we prepared the sea bream a bit differently this time, counting on the fact that our youngest ones will be more than thrilled with this dish!

Ingredients
Decoration
-
4 pieces Tomato, red
-
4 teaspoon Mayonnaise
-
700 g Fish, rhombus
-
2 piece Egg, fresh
-
100 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose
-
8 spoon Breadcrumbs, dried
-
4 pinch Salt, table
-
2 pinch Spices, pepper, black
-
4 twig Parsley, fresh
-
pieces Oil, vegetable oil, canola
Steps
-
Rinse the sea bream fillets and dry them with paper towels. Cut the fillets into 1.5 cm wide fingers. In a separate bowl, beat two eggs, whisk them, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Prepare two plates; sprinkle flour on one and breadcrumbs on the other. Thoroughly rinse the parsley and chop it finely, also rinse the cherry tomatoes.
-
First, coat the fish fingers in flour, shake off the excess, dip them in the egg mixture, and then coat them in breadcrumbs. Place a deep pan on the stove and pour in the oil. Heat the frying oil well, but be careful not to let it start smoking! Carefully place the fish fingers into the hot oil and fry them on medium heat for about 6 minutes on each side or until they turn golden brown. Repeat the process as needed to cook all the fish fingers.
-
Remove the fried fingers from the oil with a slotted spoon and place them on paper towels to absorb excess fat. Then lightly salt the fingers again. Serve the fried fish fingers on plates, garnished with mayonnaise and cherry tomatoes, and sprinkle everything with chopped parsley. Serve the prepared dish with potato salad.

Advice
You can prepare fish fingers from fillets of another fish using the same method. Fry in a large amount of fat. For frying, use fats that do not contain water, such as coconut oil or good quality oil. The frying fat is hot enough when small bubbles form around a wooden spoon. If you cant find fillets at the fish market, buy a larger fresh sea bream. Clean the sea bream, remove the innards, and skin it. Cut it into rectangular fillets with a sharp knife.
