-
3 spoons Honey
-
2 spoons Oil, sesame
-
4 spoon Soy sauce, shoyu
-
1 kg Meat, pork, ribs
-
2 spoons Oil, vegetable oil, canola
Steps
-
Rinse the cabbage with cold water, drain, and squeeze it. Peel the onion and chop it finely. Place a pot on the stove and heat a tablespoon of oil. Add the onion and cabbage, season with salt to taste, and pour in white wine. Once the cabbage comes to a boil, reduce the heat, cover the pot, and simmer for one hour.
-
Meanwhile, place a wok on the stove and heat it up, then add oil. Once the oil is hot, reduce the heat and use tongs to place the ribs in the oil in batches, frying them on all sides. Once cooked, remove the ribs from the wok and place them on paper towels to drain. Preheat the oven to 70°C (158°F), place the ribs on a baking tray, and keep them warm in the oven.
-
Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin strips for fries and dry them thoroughly. Place a pan on the stove and heat the oil well, being careful not to overheat it. Carefully place the potatoes into the hot oil and fry them until they turn golden brown.
-
Remove the fried potatoes from the oil using a slotted spoon and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil. Season the fries with salt to taste. Arrange the ribs, cabbage, and fries on plates and serve the prepared dish to your guests.
