180 g Breadcrumbs, dried

50 g Cheese, Parmesan, grated

In a shallow bowl, whisk the eggs and milk until smooth. In another bowl (deep plate), mix the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper.

First, dip the ravioli in the egg mixture, then coat them in the seasoned breadcrumbs. Arrange the breaded ravioli on a plate and store in the freezer for 15 minutes.

Heat a generous amount of oil in a larger pot. Fry the breaded ravioli in batches in the hot oil. Turn them as needed during frying, and when they are golden brown on both sides, remove them from the oil with a slotted spoon and place them on a plate lined with paper towels.

Serve the fried ravioli on a large plate or platter. Accompany them with tomato sauce.
