Ingredients
-
3 spoons Oil, olive
-
pieces Butter, salted
-
1 cup Meat, pork, smoked ham
-
pieces Onion, young
-
3 cups Rice, white, long grain, cooked
-
4 pieces Egg, fresh

Steps
-
Wash the green onion stalks, dry them, and slice them into rings. Heat oil in a large pan or wok and quickly sauté the onion and ham. Add the rice and season with pepper and salt to taste. Sauté the ingredients a little longer—just enough to heat the rice thoroughly—then remove the pan from the heat.
-
Place another pan on the stove and add oil or a piece of butter. Wait for the fat to heat up, then carefully crack the eggs into the pan. Lightly season them with salt and pepper and cook on low heat until the egg whites set and the edges turn slightly brown. Cover the eggs while cooking.
-
Serve the fried rice in deep bowls or plates, then carefully place the fried egg on top. Serve the dish immediately.
