100 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose

Steps

Prepare three plates: sprinkle flour on one, breadcrumbs on another, and beat the eggs in the third one, season with salt, and whisk well with a fork.

Spread a thick layer of cheese spread on both sides of the bread slices and top with ham. Then dip them in flour, coat with the beaten eggs, and finally roll them in breadcrumbs.

Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the stuffed bread slices until golden brown. Flip them once during frying to ensure they are evenly cooked on both sides. Place the fried slices on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
