Steps

Cut the tofu into smaller triangles. In a bowl, mix yeast, flour, garlic, salt, and pepper, then add the tofu and mix well to coat each piece with the mixture.

Heat oil in a large pan over moderate heat and place the tofu in the hot oil. Fry it for 4 to 6 minutes, turning it during frying to ensure it becomes golden brown and crispy on all sides.
