700 g Small pumpkins

100 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose

220 g Breadcrumbs, dried

1.5 spoons Cheese, Parmesan, grated

Steps

Wash the zucchini, cut them in half crosswise, and slice them thinly. Beat the eggs in a deep plate, season with salt, and whisk them. Prepare a bowl with flour, and in a third bowl, mix breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan. Wash the parsley thoroughly, shake it dry, chop it finely, and mix it into the eggs.

First, coat the zucchini slices in flour, then dip them into the egg mixture, and finally roll them in the breadcrumbs and Parmesan.

Place a medium-sized frying pan on the stove and heat the oil. Fry the breaded zucchini for about 10 minutes until they turn golden brown. Then, place them on paper towels to drain any excess oil.

Serve the fried zucchini on plates and offer them as a main dish, side dish, or snack.
