Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Grease a deep square baking dish (22 cm side) well with oil, then line the bottom and sides with baking paper. Clean the spring onion, wash it, and finely chop it. Rinse the dill under running water, shake it well, and finely chop it. Tear or cut the slices of smoked salmon into smaller pieces.
-
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them well with a hand whisk. Pour in the milk, add salt, pepper, crumbled feta cheese, grated parmesan, and mix everything well.
-
In a bowl, mix the frozen peas, chopped spring onion, dill, and pieces of smoked salmon. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish and pour the egg, milk, and cheese mixture over it. Place the dish in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
-
Remove the baked frittata from the oven and let it cool in the dish for 5 minutes, then remove it from the dish and cut it into 16 pieces. Serve on a larger plate or platter. Offer the frittata cut into pieces warm or cold.

Advice
When adding salt, we must be very careful, as some of the other ingredients in the frittata are already salty (smoked salmon, parmesan, feta cheese). Dill can be replaced with parsley if desired.
