Frozen Summer Muffins

170 g Yogurt, plain, from whole milk

4 spoon Milk, whole milk

3 spoons Honey

1 bag Sugar, white

1 handful Blueberry, raw

1 handful Raspberries

0.25 piece Kiwi, fresh

0.25 piece Nectarine, fresh
Steps

Place muffin liners into four cavities of a muffin tin. Peel the kiwi and cut it into smaller pieces, do the same with the nectarine.

Mix the yogurt, milk, honey, and vanilla sugar. Place one tablespoon of yogurt into each liner, press in various pieces of fruit, cover with another tablespoon of yogurt, and then decorate as desired.

Place the 'muffins' in the freezer for at least two hours. Serve them on small plates with dessert spoons.
