Advice
Frozen yogurt pairs excellently with various fruits. Before enjoying, we must thoroughly wash each fruit. Then, cut the fruit into pieces of any size and add them to the yogurt. Fruits you can use include: strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, raspberries, pineapple… If you dont have an ice cream maker, place the mixture in the freezer just long enough for it to slightly set, but not freeze completely. Its best to use flat metal containers, as they conduct heat the best. Store the yogurt in the freezer in well-sealed containers to prevent it from absorbing other odors. Fill the ice cream makers container only up to two-thirds, as the mixture will expand during freezing. The mixing time in the machine depends on the quantity, additives, and temperature of the mixture. Yogurt that has been in the freezer for more than 12 hours should be placed in the refrigerator for 30 to 60 minutes before use. You can also prepare homemade yogurt.
