Ingredients
-
15 g Flaxseed
-
100 g Date, fresh or dried
-
125 g Peanut butter, smooth, without salt
-
60 g Oat bran, raw
-
0.5 teaspoons Spices, cinnamon, ground
-
2 dl Yogurt, plain, from whole milk
-
100 g Blueberry, raw
-
pieces Honey
Steps
-
Line a freezer-safe container (or a baking dish), approximately 15 x 15 cm in size, with parchment paper. Grind flaxseeds in a mill.
-
Place dates in a food processor and blend them. Add the ground flaxseeds, peanut or almond butter, oatmeal, and cinnamon. Mix until the ingredients are well combined. Spread this mixture evenly at the bottom of the freezer-safe container. Use your palm or the bottom of a glass to press it down firmly, creating an even base.
-
In a small pot, heat the mixed berries until they release their juice. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. If desired, you can add a bit of your preferred sweetener (honey, erythritol, sugar, agave syrup, etc.).
-
Spread yogurt over the oatmeal base and arrange the mixed berries on top. Gently mix the yogurt and berries with a spoon or a wooden stick to create a nice pattern.
-
Place the container in the refrigerator for at least two hours, then cut the prepared mixture into slices of your desired size. Store any slices you won’t eat immediately in a bag and return them to the freezer.
