Ingredients
-
60 g Strawberries
-
50 g Blueberry, raw
-
2 piece Apple, fresh
-
2 piece Nectarine, fresh
-
4 pieces Apricot, raw
-
2 piece Gelatin powder, unsweetened
-
2 teaspoons Sugar, white
-
2 spoons Alcohol, Brandy
-
250 ml Alcohol, Wine, White
Steps
-
Thoroughly wash and dry the fruit. Halve the apples, nectarines, and apricots, remove the pits and seeds, and cut them into small pieces. Toss all the fruit into a bowl and mix well. Set aside four tablespoons of the fruit, and divide the rest into dessert glasses.
-
Soak the gelatin in cold water for five minutes. Place a small pot on the stove and gently heat the sugar, cherry juice, and a bit of foam over moderate heat. Be careful not to let the liquid boil. Add the soaked gelatin and dissolve it while stirring.
-
Mix the remaining foam with the cooled liquid and pour it over the fruit. Cover the jelly with foil and refrigerate for at least one hour to set. Then, place the glasses on plates and garnish the jelly with the reserved fruit.

Advice
To prevent the sliced fruit from browning while waiting, drizzle it with a little lemon juice. For more romantic occasions, you can garnish the dessert with blueberries, fresh mint leaves, and a violet flower.
