Ingredients
-
3 spoons Gelatin powder, unsweetened
-
520 ml Water
-
100 ml Juice, orange
-
4 spoon Sugar, white
-
1 bag Sugar, white
-
2 teaspoons Alcohol, Liqueur, Crème de Menthe
-
1 handful Blackberries, fresh
-
2 handfuls Raspberries
-
150 g Cheese, creamy
-
1.5 spoons Powdered sugar
Steps
-
Mix the gelatin with about 200 ml of cold water and let it sit for about 10 minutes to swell. Add the remaining water and fruit juice to the swollen gelatin. Add both types of sugar and mix everything well. Dissolve the gelatin in a hot water bath while stirring, but be careful not to let the gelatin boil. Finally, mix in the blueberry liqueur.
-
Thoroughly inspect the fruit, clean it, and rinse it quickly under running water if necessary. Arrange the fruit in four glasses and pour the gelatin over it. Wait for the gelatin to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate the glasses for 2 to 3 hours until the gelatin is completely set.
-
Whip the mascarpone and powdered sugar with an electric mixer until fluffy. Top the chilled gelatin with a layer of mascarpone and serve the prepared dessert.

Advice
If desired, you can decorate the dessert with fresh fruit and mint leaves before serving. You can also use other fresh seasonal fruits (e.g., blueberries, currants, nectarines, peaches, etc.). If preparing the dessert for children, its better to omit the blueberry liqueur.
