Ingredients

1 piece Pineapple, fresh

1 piece Melon

1 piece Grapes, red and yellow, fresh

2 piece Grapes, red and yellow, fresh

1 cup Strawberries

1 piece Orange, fresh
Steps

Wash the fruit thoroughly and dry it with a paper towel.

Cut the pineapple with the peel lengthwise into quarters. Cut each quarter into thinner triangular pieces. Arrange these around the platter or a larger plate.

Peel the melon, remove the seeds with a spoon, and cut the flesh into cubes. Place the cubes next to the pineapple, filling the platter almost to the middle. Do not peel the orange; instead, cut it lengthwise in half and slice both halves into wedges. Cut half of the wedges into triangular pieces.

Place white and red grapes in the center of the platter. Add some sliced strawberries and orange pieces on top of the melon, and place the remaining orange wedges in the very center. Top the orange with some sliced strawberries. Serve the prepared fruit platter.
