Ingredients

300 g Strawberries

1 piece Banana, fresh

First, thoroughly wash all the fruit.

Halve the apples and pears, remove the core, and cut them into smaller pieces. Peel the banana and slice it into rounds. Also peel the kiwi and cut it into small pieces. Peel the mandarin and separate it into individual segments. Remove the green part from the strawberries and cut them into smaller pieces.

Place the fruit in a large bowl and pour the juice of one lemon over it. Mix everything well and sweeten with vanilla sugar.

Serve the salad in bowls.
