8 pieces Strawberries

1 can Pineapple, compote

2 piece Mango, fresh

1 piece Pear, fresh

1 teaspoon Spices, cinnamon, ground

Steps

Drain the pineapple well and cut it into smaller pieces. Thoroughly wash all the remaining fruit. Remove the pit from the mango, core the pears, and then cut them into pieces. Remove the green parts from the strawberries and cut them into pieces of any size. Also, wash the limes well and cut them into pieces, including the peel.

Wash the orange well, cut it in half, squeeze out the juice, and grate the zest. In a separate bowl, mix honey and cinnamon, then add the orange juice and zest.

Alternately thread the fruit onto wooden skewers and light the charcoal. Place the skewers on the heated grill and cook for about 6 minutes until the fruit starts to brown. Turn them several times and brush with the mixture of honey, orange zest, juice, and cinnamon. Serve the skewers on a platter and offer them to your guests.

Advice
