Fusilli Spirals with Swiss Chard
Fusilli spirals are best with creamier sauces, as the sauce nicely slides through the spirals and coats them evenly. They are also excellent with various vegetables.

400 g Pasta, Macaroni

400 g Swiss chard, fresh

1 piece Onion, raw

50 g Butter, unsalted

20 g Cheese, Parmesan, grated

Clean and wash the Swiss chard. Place a pot of water on the stove, lightly salt it, and wait for it to boil. Once the water boils, reduce the heat and add the Swiss chard. Cook it for 10 minutes or until it softens, then drain it. Once cooled, cut the Swiss chard into strips. Peel, wash, and finely chop the onion.

Place a pot with about a liter of salted water on the stove. Wait for the water to boil, then add the pasta and cook it for the time indicated on the package. Drain the cooked pasta well and keep it warm.

Meanwhile, melt butter in a pan and sauté the onion until translucent. Add the Swiss chard, season with salt, and cook everything together over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Arrange the pasta on plates, sprinkle with Parmesan, top with the Swiss chard, and drizzle with a bit of olive oil.
