350 g Pasta, Macaroni

350 g Mushrooms, mushrooms, fresh

300 ml Sweet cream

250 g Cheese, mozzarella

100 g Cheese, Parmesan, grated

Steps

Peel the garlic and finely chop it. Thoroughly wash the zucchini and slice it into rings. Clean the mushrooms, rinse them under water, and cut them into quarters. Also, wash the parsley and finely chop it. Place a large pot of salted water on the stove and bring it to a boil. Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook it for the exact time indicated on the package.

Meanwhile, place a larger pan on the stove and heat the olive oil. Add the mushrooms and zucchini, sautéing them over moderate heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add the garlic to the pan and cook everything together for another two minutes. Finally, add the cream to the pan, bring it to a boil, and remove it from the heat.

Drain the cooked pasta well, mix it into the sauce, and sprinkle with grated Parmesan and mozzarella. Stir the pasta again, serve it in bowls, and garnish with chopped parsley.
