400 g Pasta, Macaroni

1 can Tomato, pieces - can

1 pod Garlic, fresh

1 twig Rosemary, fresh

3 pieces Spices, ginger, ground

1 twig Spices, mayonnaise, dried

1 bouquet Parsley, fresh

1 teaspoon Spices, oregano, dried

5 spoon Oil, olive

2 pinch Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black

Thoroughly drain the tomatoes and cut them into smaller pieces. Wash, dry, and finely chop all the herbs. Peel the garlic. Place a pan on the stove and heat the oil. Add the garlic clove, quickly sauté it in the oil, and then add the tomato pieces. Season with salt and pepper to taste and cook over moderate heat for 20 minutes. Then mix in the chopped herbs and a teaspoon of ground oregano, and immediately remove from heat.

Meanwhile, place a large pot of water on the stove. When the water boils, salt it and add the pasta. Cook it exactly as long as indicated on the package. Drain the cooked pasta well and mix it with the tomato and herb sauce. Serve in bowls and offer to guests.
