Fuži with Pancetta and Truffle Sauce

Ingredients

400 g Pasta, Macaroni

1 spoon Oil, olive

100 g Meat, pork, smoked bacon

250 ml Sweet cream

pieces Mushrooms, mauve

Steps

Place a pot with a generous amount of salted water for cooking the pasta on the stove. Just before the water boils, add salt, then add the fuži to the boiling water and cook for the time indicated on the package.

Meanwhile, slice the pancetta into strips or cubes. Heat oil in a pan and fry the sliced pancetta until crispy. Add the cream and mix well.

Cook the sauce over medium heat for 1-2 minutes to thicken slightly, then stir in the truffle paste. Season to taste, adding a bit more salt if desired.

Drain the cooked fuži and mix them into the sauce. Thin the sauce with a bit of the pasta cooking water to make it silkier and more flavorful. Give everything a final good stir, then serve the prepared pasta on plates and enjoy.

Advice
The sauce will have an even more intense flavor if you use truffle-infused olive oil. Instead of fuži, you can use tagliatelle or penne.
