Garlic Bread
From homemade or store-bought bread, we can prepare a specialty in just half an hour that will be a hit at any gathering. It also pairs excellently with grilled dishes.

Ingredients

1 piece Bread, whole grain

150 g Butter, unsalted

3 pods Garlic, fresh

0.5 bouquet Parsley, fresh

60 g Cheese, Parmesan, grated

Slice the bread loaf, whether store-bought or homemade, into 2 cm thick slices. Be careful to cut only down to the bottom crust and not all the way through the loaf.

Preheat the oven to 175 °C. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash, dry, and chop the parsley. In a bowl, mix the butter, garlic, parmesan, and parsley. Spread the mixture on both sides of the bread slices.

Wrap the loaf in aluminum foil, place it on a baking tray, and bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Then unwrap the foil, cut the slices all the way through, arrange them on a serving plate, and serve immediately.

Advice
Take the butter out of the refrigerator one hour before use to let it warm up and soften.
