Ingredients
-
500 g Fish, squid
-
pieces Potatoes, white
-
1 piece Onion, raw
-
3 pods Garlic, fresh
-
2 piece Spices, bay (leaves)
-
pieces Salt, table
-
pieces Oil, olive
Steps
-
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Rinse and dry the tentacles. Once the water boils, salt it and add the tentacles to the pot. Cook covered over medium heat for about one hour.
-
Take a larger baking dish or glass baking container. Grease it with olive oil. Peel the onion and cut it into quarters. Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut them into chunks.
-
Preheat the oven to 160 to 180 degrees Celsius, depending on the oven's capacity. Add the potatoes, onion, garlic cloves, and bay leaves to the baking dish, season with salt, sprinkle with rosemary, and mix lightly. Add any other desired spices if you like.
-
Place the cooked tentacles on top of the potatoes. Drizzle everything with olive oil. Cover the baking dish with a lid (if you don’t have one, use aluminum foil) and place it in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Remove the lid for the last 10-15 minutes of baking to allow the potatoes and tentacles to brown nicely.
