250 g Mayonnaise

60 ml Yogurt, plain, from skimmed milk

1 teaspoon Ginger, fresh

1 piece Lime, fresh

1 pinch Salt, table

Steps

Wash the lime thoroughly and dry it. Finely grate the zest. Cut the lime in half and squeeze out the juice.

Place the mayonnaise in a bowl and mix it until smooth. Add yogurt, ginger, and lime zest to the mayonnaise. Mix the ingredients well. Finally, add lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly again, cover the bowl, and place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Once chilled, garnish the dip with a sprig of mint and serve.
