Ingredients
Dressing

120 ml Vinegar, balsamic

60 ml Alcohol, Wine, White

2 spoons Honey

1 spoon Mustard

1 spoon Rosemary, fresh

1 pod Garlic, fresh

700 g Fish, salmon

0.25 teaspoons Salt, table

2 pinch Spices, pepper, black

2 spoons Oil, vegetable oil, canola

Run your fingers over the fish fillets and use tweezers to remove any bones. Then rinse the fish fillets and thoroughly dry them with paper towels. Let them rest for 10 minutes to come to room temperature.

Place a small saucepan on the stove, in which you mix balsamic vinegar, white wine, honey, Dijon mustard, rosemary, and garlic. Heat the mixture over medium heat while stirring until it comes to a boil. Then reduce the heat and simmer the contents for 13 to 15 minutes, allowing the glaze to thicken nicely. Stir it well several times during cooking. Pour the prepared glaze into a bowl and let it cool to room temperature.

Season the salmon fillets on both sides with pepper and salt. Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Pour oil into the heated pan, wait for it to heat up, then place the seasoned salmon fillets in the pan. First, cook them for 2 to 3 minutes without moving or flipping on the side where the skin was. Then carefully flip the pieces and cook on the other side (for about 3 to 4 minutes). If you have thicker pieces, briefly cook them on the side as well.

Serve the baked fillets on plates, drizzle with the balsamic glaze, and serve with your chosen side dish.
