- Number of Servings: 8
Ingredients
-
225 g chocolate, dark
-
225 g Butter, unsalted
-
150 g Powdered sugar
-
3 pieces Egg, fresh
-
150 g Nuts, almonds
-
100 g Walnuts
Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius. Lightly grease a deep square baking dish (24 x 24 cm) with butter and line it with baking paper.
-
Chop the chocolate and butter into small pieces and place them in a thick-bottomed saucepan. Place the saucepan on the stove and slowly melt the contents over low heat. Be careful not to burn the chocolate while heating. Once the chocolate and butter have melted, remove the saucepan from the heat and mix well to create a smooth and liquid chocolate mixture. Stir in the sugar and let the mixture cool slightly.
-
Into the cooled chocolate mixture, first mix in the beaten eggs, then the ground almonds, and finally the walnuts. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Spread it evenly and smooth the top. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes (the top will be nicely baked, while the inside will still be slightly liquid).
-
Remove the baking dish from the oven and let the brownies cool completely in the dish, then store the dish in the refrigerator for a few hours.
-
Cut the cooled brownies into pieces of your desired size, serve them on a plate or platter, and enjoy.
