Ingredients

2 piece Egg, fresh

1 pinch Salt, table

100 g Sugar, white

50 ml Sweet cream

200 g Coconut, flakes

70 g Flour, rice

1 teaspoon Baking powder

Steps

In one bowl, mix the eggs, salt, sugar, and sweet cream. In another bowl, combine the coconut flour, rice flour, and baking powder. Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ones, then place the mixture in the refrigerator for one hour to firm up.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Shape the mixture into walnut-sized balls and place them spaced apart on the tray.

Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Once they turn golden brown, remove them from the oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar while still warm.
