Gnocchi in Cream Sauce with Mushrooms

1 spoon Butter, unsalted

1 spoon Oil, olive

350 g Mushrooms, mushrooms, fresh

50 ml Alcohol, Wine, White

2 pod Garlic, fresh

2 spoons Parsley, fresh

250 ml Sweet cream

2 spoons Cheese, creamy

500 g Potatoes, white
Steps

Place a pot with a larger amount of water on the stove, lightly salt it.

While waiting for the water to boil, clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and trim the ends of the stems. Slice them into thin pieces, and smaller mushrooms can be quartered. Peel and finely chop the garlic.

When the water in the pot boils, add the gnocchi and cook them according to the manufacturer's instructions. Drain the cooked gnocchi.

Place a pan on the stove and heat the butter and oil in it. When the butter melts and starts to foam slightly, add the mushrooms and quickly sauté them while stirring, so they brown and soften.

Pour in the wine and cook for 1 minute to let the alcohol evaporate, then add the garlic and parsley, and pour in the cream. Let the sauce cook for 2 minutes, then stir in the mascarpone. Season with pepper and salt to taste.

Mix the drained gnocchi into the sauce. Serve the prepared dish on plates and sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese on top.
