Ingredients
-
500 g Potatoes, white
-
1 spoon Oil, vegetable oil, canola
-
200 g Fish, salmon
-
0.5 dl Alcohol, Wine, White
-
250 ml Sweet cream
-
pieces Salt, table
-
1 handful Arugula
Steps
-
Rinse the salmon fillet and pat it dry with paper towels. Cut it into pieces with a sharp knife. Place a pot with a large amount of water on the stove to cook the gnocchi. Just before the water boils, add salt to increase the boiling power. Add the gnocchi to the boiling water and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions.
-
While the gnocchi are cooking, prepare the sauce. Place a large pan on the stove and heat a little oil. Add the salmon pieces and quickly sauté them, then deglaze with wine. Use a spatula to scrape the bottom of the pan to release all the caramelized bits that formed during sautéing. Once the wine evaporates, pour in the cream. Season the sauce with pepper and salt to taste and let it simmer on medium heat for about 5 minutes.
-
Drain the cooked gnocchi well. Mix them together with arugula into the sauce. Remove the pan from the heat, serve the dish on plates, and enjoy immediately.
