Ingredients
-
500 g Potatoes, white
-
2 spoons Oil, olive
-
1 handful Tomato, red
-
2 pod Garlic, fresh
-
100 g Fish, salmon, smoked
-
1 teaspoon Spices, dill, dried
-
2 dl Sweet cream
-
pieces Salt, table
-
pieces Orange, shell
Steps
-
Cook the gnocchi according to the manufacturer's instructions.
-
While the gnocchi are cooking, prepare the sauce. Heat a pan and grease it with olive oil. Add washed cherry tomatoes. Sauté them over low heat until they soften and start to break down. This takes about 5 minutes.
-
Add crushed garlic and wait until it becomes fragrant. Cut the salmon into strips and add it to the pan. Sauté everything for a few minutes until the salmon changes color.
-
Add a teaspoon of dill and pour in 200 ml of sweet cream (or cooking cream). Stir and cook for about a minute to let the flavors meld. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
-
Add the cooked gnocchi to the prepared sauce and toss the pan until the sauce coats the gnocchi well. If the sauce is too thick, add a little of the water in which the gnocchi were cooked. If it's too thin, let it simmer a bit longer.
-
Plate the gnocchi and grate some orange zest over them. If possible, drizzle the gnocchi with aromatic oil, such as orange, lemon, chili, or parsley oil, but this is not necessary. I used chili oil. Serve the dish immediately.
