Gnocchi with Sage Butter

Place a pot on the stove and pour about half a liter of water into it. Salt the water and wait for it to boil. Then add the gnocchi to the pot and cook them for the time indicated on the packaging.

Meanwhile, wash the sage leaves, dry them, and chop them coarsely, reserving a few whole leaves. Place a pan on the stove, melt the butter in it, add the sage, and fry for about one minute until it becomes fragrant. Then mix in the remaining sage leaves, stir, and remove from heat.

Once the gnocchi are cooked, drain them well. Serve them in deep bowls, pour the sage butter over them, and sprinkle with Parmesan. Serve to your guests.
