Ingredients
-
500 g Potatoes, white
-
1 teaspoon Oil, olive
-
150 g Meat, pork, smoked bacon
-
200 g Spinach, raw
-
1 pod Garlic, fresh
-
150 ml Sweet cream
-
pieces Juice, lemon
-
pieces Salt, table
Steps
-
Place a pot with a generous amount of salted water on the stove. While waiting for it to boil, clean, wash, and dry the spinach. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
-
Add the gnocchi to the boiling water and cook for the time indicated on the package. Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan and crisp the bacon. Remove the crispy bacon pieces from the pan and keep them warm on a plate. Pour out the excess fat from the pan, leaving just about a tablespoon, and quickly sauté the spinach until wilted. Add the garlic, wait until fragrant, then pour in the cream. Season the sauce to taste with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
-
Once the gnocchi are cooked, drain them and add them to the pan with the sauce. Gently toss to coat the gnocchi with the sauce, then serve on plates, sprinkle with the crispy bacon, and enjoy.
