Gnocchi with Spinach, Broccoli, and Prosciutto in a Creamy Sauce

1 spoon Oil, olive

120 g Meat, pork, smoked bacon

pieces Garlic, fresh

300 g Spinach, raw

1 piece Broccoli, fresh

500 g Potatoes, white

150 ml Sweet cream

100 g Cheese, Gorgonzola

pieces Spices, pepper, black
Steps

Place a pot on the stove and bring a large amount of salted water to a boil for cooking the gnocchi.

While waiting for the water to boil, clean and rinse the vegetables. Dry the spinach and separate the broccoli into smaller florets. Slice the prosciutto into strips or pieces, and peel and finely chop the garlic.

Add the gnocchi to the boiling water and cook for the time indicated on the package. Add the broccoli to the pot during the last 2 minutes of cooking.

In a suitably sized pan, heat the oil and quickly sauté the prosciutto. Add the garlic and spinach, and sauté everything together for 2-3 minutes, stirring until the spinach wilts and softens.

Add the cooked gnocchi and broccoli to the pan. Mix the ingredients well, then pour in the cream and add the crumbled cheese. Gently stir and season the dish with ground pepper to taste.

Serve the prepared gnocchi on plates. Serve the dish immediately.
