First, rinse the fresh herbs under running water and dry them well with paper towels. Pluck the leaves from the stems and finely chop them along with the chives.

In a kitchen mixer, blend the goat cheese, cream cheese, quark, and salt until smooth. Mix until a smooth and light mixture is formed.

Mix the chopped herbs into the mixture. Serve the spread in a bowl and accompany it with fresh or toasted slices of bread.
