150 g Cheese, Gorgonzola

2 twigs Thyme, fresh

250 g Pear, fresh

Steps

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and grease the muffin tin. Cut the Gorgonzola into small pieces. Wash and dry the thyme, then pluck the leaves and chop them finely. Wash and peel the pears, cut them in half, remove the cores, and dice them into small pieces.

In a bowl, mix the egg, walnut oil, and buttermilk. In another bowl, mix the flour with baking powder and baking soda. Add the Gorgonzola, chopped walnuts, thyme, pepper, and salt to the flour mixture. Mix well and then add the diced pears and the egg mixture. Stir quickly. Pour the batter into the muffin tin. Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

Remove the baked muffins from the oven. Let them cool, then transfer them to a serving plate and serve.
