Ingredients
-
150 g Cheese, groats
-
2 twigs Parsley, fresh
-
700 g Meat, chicken, thighs
-
0.75 teaspoons Salt, table
-
0.25 teaspoons Spices, pepper, black
-
1 teaspoon Spices, paprika
-
3 dl Sweet cream
-
1 teaspoon Mustard
-
0.5 dl Alcohol, Wine, White
-
50 g Butter, unsalted
Steps
-
Grate the cheese, thoroughly wash the parsley, dry it, and finely chop it. Wash the chicken thoroughly and dry it completely. Season all pieces of chicken with salt, pepper, and sweet paprika to taste. Place a larger pot on the stove and melt the butter in it.
-
Lightly brown all pieces of chicken on all sides in the butter. Then reduce the heat, cover the pot, and simmer the meat on low heat for about half an hour. Add a little hot water if needed.
-
Preheat the oven. Remove the chicken pieces from the pot, drain them, and arrange them in an ovenproof dish, making sure the pieces do not overlap. Place a smaller pot on the stove and pour in the juice left from cooking the chicken. Add wine and wait for it to boil. Then add the grated cheese.
-
Stir until the cheese melts, then add the cream and wait for it to boil again. Add the mustard and remove the pot from the heat. Pour the sauce over the meat and place the ovenproof dish in the oven for 15 minutes.
-
Once the dish is ready, sprinkle it with fresh parsley and serve it to your guests.
