Ingredients
-
450 g Pasta, Macaroni
-
4 spoon Sour cream
-
3 spoons Oil, olive
-
2 piece Bell pepper, red, fresh
-
2 piece Onion, young
-
560 g Tomato sauce, without salt
-
2 pinch Salt, table
-
150 g Cheese, edamame
Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Wash and clean the bell peppers (remove the stems and seeds). Cut them into small pieces. Clean, wash, and finely chop the young onion (use both the white and green parts).
-
Place a pot with a large amount of water for cooking the pasta on the stove. Just before the water boils, add salt. Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook for the time indicated on the package.
-
While the pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce. Heat olive oil in a larger pan and sauté the onion and bell peppers while stirring. Add the Naturetina tomato sauce and cook everything together for a while. Season the sauce with salt to taste.
-
Drain the cooked pasta well and mix it with sour cream. Then start assembling the layers. In an ovenproof dish or smaller baking dish, first layer about a third of the pasta and pour half of the prepared sauce over it. Continue this way until all the sauce and pasta are used up (finish with a layer of pasta). Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake everything in the preheated oven until a crispy crust forms.

Advice
When cooking pasta, we follow the rule of using 1 liter of water for every 100g of pasta. For every liter of water, use 10 to 12g of salt. Instead of bell peppers, you can use any vegetables (broccoli, zucchini, eggplant, mushrooms, etc.). The sauce can be enriched with the addition of fresh herbs (basil, oregano, rosemary, parsley, etc.) as desired.
