100 g Cheese, Parmesan, grated

500 ml Sweet cream

Steps

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease a deep baking dish (size 23 x 33 cm) with butter. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Clean the leeks, wash them, and slice them thinly, then place them in the greased baking dish. Add half of the Parmesan, chopped garlic, and a quarter teaspoon of salt. Mix well and spread the leeks evenly in the dish.

Mix the mustard and freshly ground pepper into the cream, then pour the mixture over the leeks. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan on top. Place the dish in the preheated oven for about 1 hour. The dish is ready when the top is nicely golden brown.
