500 g Tomato, red

1 can Olives, black, in brine

3 twigs Basil, fresh

2 bags Cheese, mozzarella

4 spoon Oil, olive

Steps

Open the can of olives and the packets of mozzarella. Drain the olives and mozzarella well. Thoroughly wash the tomatoes and remove the green parts. Wash the basil and dry it well.

Prepare a large bowl and add the prepared ingredients. Season with salt to taste and drizzle the salad with olive oil. Place the vegetable salad in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to cool well. Then serve the vegetables and cheese on a large plate or platter and offer it to your guests.
