Ingredients

4 pieces Tomato, red

1 piece Sweet potato, unpeeled, fresh

0.5 piece Onion, raw

16 pieces Olives, black, in brine

90 g Cheese, feta

4 spoon Oil, olive

pieces Spices, oregano, dried
Steps

Wash the vegetables thoroughly and dry them. Cut the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl. Peel the cucumber and remove the seeds if desired. Cut it into smaller pieces. Peel the onion and cut it in half. Slice both halves thinly and add them to the bowl with the tomatoes, along with the cucumber and olives. Gently mix the ingredients.

Cut the feta cheese into pieces and sprinkle them over the vegetables in the bowl. Drizzle everything with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano. The salad can be served immediately or stored in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to cool slightly.
