Greek Yogurt Dip with Herbs

Steps

Rinse the herbs under running water and dry them thoroughly with paper towels. Remove the leaves from the mint and basil stems, then finely chop them together with the dill and parsley.

In an electric kitchen mixer (blender), blend the yogurt, crushed garlic clove, lemon juice, feta cheese, and olive oil into a smooth mixture. Season to taste with pepper and salt.

Mix the yogurt mixture with the chopped herbs, serve in a nice bowl, and enjoy.
