500 g Apricot, raw

1 piece Orange, fresh

50 g Sugar, white

2 piece Spices, cinnamon, ground

500 g Yogurt, plain, from whole milk

2 spoons Honey

1 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell

50 g Breadcrumbs, dried

Wash the apricots, halve them, and remove the pits. Cut each half into six pieces and place them in a cup. Squeeze orange juice over the sliced apricots, add sugar and cinnamon sticks, then cook over moderate heat for 10 minutes. Let it cool.

Mix the Greek yogurt with honey and grated lemon zest. Quickly fold in the cooked apricots, reserving some pieces and juice for decoration.

Fill serving glasses with the yogurt mixture. Top with a spoonful of the reserved apricots. Finally, sprinkle the dessert with crushed cookies and serve immediately.
